1. Accounts & Access

To access certain features of the Services, including course portals and digital downloads, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

AudioCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be sharing login credentials, abusing download limits, or pirating content.

2. Digital Products & Course Licensing

All courses, sample packs, presets, and digital downloads provided by AudioCraft are licensed, not sold. Upon purchasing a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the products for your own personal or commercial music production.

What You CAN Do:

• Use the samples, loops, and presets in your own original musical compositions.
• Release music created with our products commercially and keep 100% of your royalties.
• Access and stream video course content as many times as you wish, provided your account is in good standing.

What You CANNOT Do:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sub-license our digital products (e.g., uploading our sample packs to torrent sites or other sample pack platforms).
• Use isolated samples from our packs in other sample packs or sound libraries.
• Record, rip, or download video course content for offline distribution.

3. Fees, Billing, & Payments

Access to certain Services requires payment of fees. By purchasing a product (e.g., Starter $199, Producer $399, Studio Elite $899), you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed on our website.

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your credit card information.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, one-time purchases do not auto-renew. If we offer subscription services in the future, they will be clearly marked as recurring, and you may cancel at any time.
• Taxes: Prices are subject to applicable local taxes (VAT, sales tax) which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (courses, samples, presets), all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues can arise. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Digital Defects: If a product is fundamentally defective or cannot be accessed/downloaded due to an error on our end, and we cannot fix it within 14 days, a full refund will be issued.
• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Course Progress: If you request a refund for a course, we reserve the right to deny the refund if more than 25% of the course modules have been completed or downloaded.
